Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Guwahati – Transfer to Shillong (Approx. 100 km / 3 hrs) Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station, meet your representative and drive to Shillong, the picturesque capital of Meghalaya. En route, stop at the beautiful Umiam Lake for sightseeing and photography. On arrival, check in to the hotel and later visit Ward’s Lake, Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians, and Police Bazaar for shopping and local cuisine. Overnight stay in Shillong. Day 2: Shillong Sightseeing After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring Shillong’s major attractions. Visit Shillong Peak for panoramic views, Elephant Falls, Lady Hydari Park, Laitlum Canyons, and Don Bosco Museum (optional). Spend the evening at leisure before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay in Shillong. Day 3: Shillong – Guwahati (Approx. 100 km / 3 hrs) After breakfast, check out and drive to Guwahati. Visit the famous Kamakhya Temple, Umananda Temple (subject to ferry operations), Assam State Museum, and enjoy a sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River (optional). Check in to the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Guwahati. Day 4: Departure from Guwahati After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey with wonderful memories of the scenic hills of Meghalaya and the cultural charm of Assam.
