Itinerary
Upon arrival at Chandigarh, meet our representative and drive to the picturesque hill station of Shimla. Check in to the hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk along Mall Road, The Ridge, Christ Church, Scandal Point, and Lakkar Bazaar. Overnight stay in Shimla.
After an early breakfast, drive through Kufri, Narkanda, Rampur, and Karcham to the beautiful Baspa Valley. Reach Sangla and check in to the hotel. Spend the evening enjoying the serene surroundings and fresh mountain air. Overnight stay in Sangla.
After breakfast, visit Sangla Valley and, if time permits, Chitkul—the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border (subject to road and weather conditions). Later, proceed to Kalpa, famous for its breathtaking views of the Kinner Kailash Range. Check in to the hotel and enjoy the spectacular sunset. Overnight stay in Kalpa.
After breakfast, drive through the scenic Khab Sangam, Nako Village, and Gue Village (home to the naturally preserved mummy of a Buddhist monk, if open). Arrive in Tabo and visit the 1,000-year-old Tabo Monastery, one of the oldest Buddhist monasteries in the Himalayas. Overnight stay in Tabo.
After breakfast, visit Dhankar Monastery and enjoy panoramic views of the Spiti Valley. Continue to Kaza, the headquarters of Spiti Valley. After check-in, spend the evening exploring the local market and cafés. Overnight stay in Kaza.
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to the famous attractions around Kaza, including Key Monastery, Kibber Village, Chicham Bridge, Hikkim (World’s Highest Post Office), Komic Village, and Langza Village with its giant Buddha statue and fossil-rich landscape. Return to Kaza for an overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, drive to Manali via the spectacular Kunzum Pass (seasonal), Batal, Chhatru, Gramphu, and Atal Tunnel (subject to road conditions). Enjoy breathtaking views of glaciers, rivers, and rugged Himalayan landscapes. Arrive in Manali, check in to the hotel, and relax. Overnight stay in Manali.
After breakfast, visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Hot Springs, Tibetan Monastery, Club House, and Mall Road. Depending on your departure schedule, proceed to Chandigarh or your onward destination with unforgettable memories of the majestic Himalayas.
